Elements of my Process although all work is customized to your specific needs and situation

  1. Get clear on your starting point. (Self Assessment of Current Snapshot in Time)

  7. Addition of Creative activities and Play to overcome internal resistance (we need to incorporate energizing activities that are highly motivating to balance the energy needed to do the hard work)

  9. Assess current Habits, Routines, and Systems and evaluate how well they are supporting you currently
  10. Alignment check-up vision for your life, your values and goals to support it?
