Elements of my Process although all work is customized to your specific needs and situation

- Prioritize your self-care (sleep, exercise, hydration = these are critical to max your brain performance and increased energy)

- Addition of Creative activities and Play to overcome internal resistance (we need to incorporate energizing activities that are highly motivating to balance the energy needed to do the hard work)
- Customize a set of proven techniques to get quick progress and build momentum
- Assess current Habits, Routines, and Systems and evaluate how well they are supporting you currently
